This laser (http://laser.narr.as/laser.swf ) game is doing my head in. I've been stuck at level 13 overnight and am still there. All bulbs lit but one. Arrrrrrgggggghhhhhh! :-)
Finally got a good night's sleep as
whirlywitchette seems to be getting over her snuffles. She hasn't had a bad cold, nor has she seemed at all upset by it, but she's been restless and finding it hard to breathe at night all week.
Tomorow at work we are having two classes coming in to visit. We are running World War Two sessions - giving the kids an idea of what life was like in Britain during the war years. I'm in charge of evacuation. I have a litle evacuee's suitcase - I think she was a bit better off that your normal run of the mill evacuee, she had a second pair of shoes :) On Friday I did some of the photocopying for the packs we'll be giving them - it's the library with the rubbish photocopier. I had to do 70 packs, each of 20 sheets, but guess what, the feeder tray couldn't cope. Surprise surprise. So had to do each sheet individually. Went ok until customers had the temerity to want to interrupt me and use the copier ;-)
Went out on a jaunt on Friday as well to get a set of speakers for one of the computers to play Chamberlain's famous 'We are at war' speech. Got side tracked into gossiping and complaining about the IT support who are worse than useless.
Pizza for dinner tonight, mmmm yumm. Am supposed to be setting up webcam on one of our computers so that my mother can keep up with
whirlywitchette and wave at her. Haven't got around to it yet.
