Little Visitor

R and N, at the other end of the street, have a new tabby kitten. It's very cute, very inquisitive and very friendly. Yesterday while I was out with Roisin, we met it and I stopped to rub it. It was so pleased with that it climbed into the basket under the buggy with the shopping! Fished it out, said goodbye, walked away, it saw another person so ran off to be friendly. During all this it was just around its own garden/back gate.

When D went out to feed the fish this morning, it came into our garden to see what was going on. Lovely, but very silly. Kept trying to get the fish and the fish food. Did not want to leave. Of course, two of our three were very perturbed at the invasion. Even more so when they realised it knows how to use the cat flap! Newt hid at the top of the stairs in abject terror. Wussy cat!

I think it's gone back to its own home now, but Squinks is still standing guard :)
