whirligigwitchRecently I realised that I've never eaten sushi, as far as I can remember. Perhaps I shouuld rectify this? Salmon marinated in vodka was a recipe I experimented with, a long long time ago, but that's really the extent of my knowledge of raw fish. Though ISTR learning that what I thought of as sushi is actually sashimi.
