Today I was at an IT training needs focus group at work. I came back from the meeting at 12 o'clock to find that the library desk/staff printer had been kaput since Tuesday and the staff were waiting or my return to do anything with it. Being so technical I resorted to the favoured method of resettng the print server, whereupon I got everything that had ben sent to the printer since Tuesday. Well, I would have if I hadn't cancelled after noticing the paper tray was empty and there were four copies of recipes for fudge compled. Investigation revealed that another 3 copies of the same recipe were waiting to print. Hello, people, if it doesn't work first time, don't keep sending the same job to the printer!
